For our esteemed client, a leading media company
For our esteemed client, a leading media company, we completed a comprehensive electrical Cat A to Cat B Commercial Fit-Out. This project encompassed the installation of new lighting, power, and data systems, along with a new Distribution Board dedicated to the Comms Room. We also upgraded the existing Tenants Distribution Board to enhance overall capacity and reliability. The project was concluded with a thorough inspection, testing, and certification to ensure compliance with the highest standards.

Landhold Developments' initial phase of 31 high-end apartments and common areas, where luxury meets functionality! We're honoured to lead the M&E provision, ensuring every detail is perfected. Including lighting, power, fire alarm, access control, smoke damper controls, plumbing, heating & ventilation. Essco Group supplied the impressive 375kW (pre-built) plantroom that was lifted onto the roof of the building by our colleagues at Southern Cranes & Access Ltd. Boosted cold water tank was provided by Dutypoint and all Air Handling Units were from VentZone team.

London Heathrow Airport – Terminal 2 Direct System Std. 3 HBS Upgrade
Installation of a new baggage system within Terminal 2. Installation was completed in a
phased approach to ensure there was no impact to live operation. The existing system (approx. 1.2m of conveyor) was decommissioned and removed before being replaced with a new system including the integration of 7 no. Std. 3 HBS machines to ensure the airport achieved Std.3 DfT compliance.

London Heathrow Airport – Terminal 4 Transfer System Std. 3 HBS Upgrade
Installation of a new transfers baggage system within Terminal 4. The project scope was to
decommission and remove the existing HBS system and integrate a new HBS system to
ensure DfT compliance without impacting airport operations which remained live throughout.

London Heathrow Airport – Terminal 2 Out of Gauge Std. 3 HBS Upgrade
Upgrade of the Out of Gauge Baggage conveyor system and integration of 2 no. new Std.3 EDS machines, including development and implementation of temporary operational mitigations to ensure no operational impact. Completion of this project on time ensured that the airport achieved DfT compliance.

London Stansted Airport – Std 3. HBS Upgrade Project
Installation of new HBS baggage system at Stansted Airport without impacting live
operations. Project scope includes, surveys, enabling and constraints removal, M&E
installation, connections to the existing system and implementation of appropriate operational
mitigations. This project will be the first installation of a DCV system in the UK and will
ensure Std. 3 DfT compliance for the airport.

Cuzons has provided specialised works for Bentley and BMW in the Automotive sector supplying specialised services including facilitating the new Hoist Modification and Electrical Decommissioning.

Bentley Motors -
CQS Hoist Modification and Electrical Decommissioning
Client: IMAS Ltd / Bentley
Strip out of an automobile loading station including rotating hoist and re-install the hoist in a new location. The new hoist installation facilitated 90* rotation of car bodies to allow more flexibility in loading and movement. Decommission power, lighting, structured cabling and mechanical equipment within the former paint shop.
